What routes does a fish travel after being caught, who does it visit. Where will it leave something behind or take something along?

On a boat and in a car we follow fish from cradle to ladle, from fisher to consumer, and meet the people and the networks of involved. We see the fish becoming food and take on a many meanings based on the market channels that it is involved in. Like the fish, the fishers and consumers take on different identities too.
